Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is a serious condition.

Symptoms can include problems regulating emotions and thoughts, impulsive and/or reckless behaviour, unstable relationships, and sometimes psychotic episodes.

These topics are discussed as well as defense mechanisms, neurosis, “black and white” perceptions and self harming behaviour. The impact of BPD on family and friends is also addressed. Plus an overview of treatment methods.
